Additional Building Services Pty Ltd  was established by the director, Carmelo Pesce in 1989. In the last 21 years  we have strived for and delivered project management, fitouts of the highest quality and building maintenance to meet our clients requirements.  We pride ourselves on being able to adapt to our clients needs and circumstances, with minimal disruptions to their business to deliver a quality finished product on budget and on time, every time.

At Additional Building Services we specialise in delivering custom made fitouts to our clients specifications using quality resources, meeting deadlines and carry out all liason from architects to shopping centre management with an emphasis on personal contact. We cater to a large commercial sector Australia wide, including commercial offices, retails outlets, cafes and restaurants, warehouses and factories, with typical works ranging from fitouts, make goods, preventative building maintenance, major rectification works, insurance works, roofing replacement and repairs.

Our company operates from a modern premises equipped with the latest technology and machinery and highly skilled tradesman and administrative support staff to cater for all our clients needs.

We are located at Caringbah south of Sydney, conveniently located to the CBD of Sydney, however we carry out business all over Australia for our clients.
